  • Site Inspection before Quotation
    Free site inspection may be needed before quotation for all kinds of services.
  • Service Hours
    Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed Order out of service hours upon request.
  • Additional Charge
    Extra charge may apply for any service at remote areas or places without direct lift access. Please refer to the details of each service item.
  • Disinfectant
    Treatment using pressurized hand sprayer and fogging machine to apply disinfectant over interior surfaces. All computers, electrical appliances, documents & files, smoke detector, fire alarm, food & personal items must be covered / stored / kept properly during service. Do not stay in the Treatment Area during service.
  • Laundry & Dry-Cleaning Service
    Minimum charge per order is HK$400. Please provide the following information to arrange for door-to-door service: Name; Mobile number or email address; Pick-up address. Pick-up and Delivery schedule: Hong Kong Island: every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday; Kowloon & New Territories: every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Days needed for delivery of cleaned items: Clothing and household items: 2 days Suede & Leather items: 2 weeks Express service: 1 day We will check your laundry items and confirm your order if there is no problem. Please settle the payment before the laundry or dry-cleaning return. The total amount will be sent through WhatsApp or email.
  • Pest Control
    Quotation price may vary subject to individual pest problems. It is recommended that no preparation work is needed before Pest Control treatment. People may notice some residual smell, which is entirely harmless; however, elderly people, pregnant women, children and pets should not stay at home during the service. It is recommended not to stay at home for 3 hours after the service of spray insecticide. One-time off treatment is not guaranteed.
  • Carpet Shampoo
    Quotation is required for carpet extraction. Charge for furniture moving during work may apply. Area rug cleaning will be done by a third service provider. Quotation price may vary subject to carpet fabrics, e.g. silk. Carpet shampoo during humid weather is not recommended. Please allow 6 to 8 hours to dry up the carpet, under air conditioning.
  • Window Cleaning
    Please provide photo(s) before quotation. Additional cost may apply for extensive paint stains, renovation residual and acid rain stain.
  • Move-In | Move-Out Cleaning
    Please provide photo(s) or videos before quotation. Quotation may vary subject to the quantity and items of furniture. Exterior window curtain wall cleaning is not included for window cleaning service. "Smarty Home" does not guarantee removal of all stains and hard stains. Additional cost may apply for hard stains and rust stains. Price can be negotiated for additional service items.
  • Marble Care - Marble Polishing | Marble Restoration
    Charge for furniture moving during work may apply. Separate quote is needed for marble restoration and stains removal treatment. Service is not available for wall marble tiles.

  • Air Conditioner Cleaning
    Window-type air conditioner cleaning service is not provided. Please provide photo(s) of the air conditioner for evaluation. An extra charge of fit-our work may apply for cleaning cassette and split-type air conditioners. There is a discount offer for cleaning 5 air conditioners or above each time.
  • General
    Smarty Home Services Limited (“Smarty Home”) ensures that details of our services, including price are up to date. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Smarty Home reserves the right to refuse the order if any of the services requested are unavailable or unfulfillable. If we are unable to provide services in your order, we will promptly notify you before service date. To avoid any accidental damage, Smarty Home requests customers to properly store any fragile, irreplaceable or irreparable items. Smarty Home accepts no liability for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of services that is caused by events outside our control, e.g. strikes, lock outs, act of God, civil commotion, war, fire or any accident. Smarty Home reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of services without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Smarty Home reserves the right of final decision.   • Carpet Shampoo
    Smarty Home does not guarantee the removal of all stains on the carpet. Smarty Home accepts no liability for any shrinkage or damage or color-fading etc. due to previous defects or over usage.
  • Laundry & Dry-Cleaning Service
    Smarty Home accepts no liability for any shrinkage, damage or color-fading etc. due to over usage or fabric defect. Liability of Smarty Home shall be limited to the loss of or damage to the clothing, bag or household item in an amount no more than ten times of cleaning charge per item. Smarty Home does not guarantee the removal of all stains on the clothing, bag or household item. Smarty Home reserves the right to refuse cleaning of clothing, bag or household item. Smarty Home accepts no liability for any loss or damage to the clothing, bag or household item caused by insects, natural disaster, social riot, war, fire or any accident. Clothing, bag or household items not signed for receipt or unclaimed beyond three months from the date of invoice, may, without giving any prior notice to owner, be sold either by public auction or by private sale. Such proceeds, after settling the cost of sale, will cover the laundry charges due and the balance will be refunded to the customer on presenting the bill. Smarty Home accepts no liability for any involuntary loss in this process. Upon inspection and collection of the clothing, bag or household item from Smarty Home, we will not have any responsibility over the laundry items. Should there be questions, our Customer Service Representatives should be contacted within three days. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained after.
  • Disinfectant
    Smarty Home will not bear any responsibility if the disinfectant causes any dirt, marks on the furniture, floor, personal items, ceiling or on the machine.

If cancellation less than 24 hours' notice prior appointment, a 50% of service amount will be charged.
